Possible Solutions:
- Check your Internet security software settings to allow downloads:
- for Vista & XP; start-control panel-security settings and/or parental controls.
- If you run a separate firewall program like Norton or Zone Alarm-check those settings as well.

- Go to another computer (friend or work pc) and download the browser software-burn to cd or thumb drive-then take cd & install on original computer. This will allow you to download files through a new browser as a "work around" since your current browser is not functioning properly.
